2. Add your favorites into shopping cart
Select a product type and its price from a pulldown menu. Click the "Add to Cart" button to put a product to your shopping cart. And click the "Checkout" button.
You can put more than two products in your shopping cart by clicking the "Continue Shopping".
3. Account information
If you already have an account, login with your e-mail address and password.
If you do not have an account, click the "Continue" button, and then create your account for free of charge.
4. Ship-to address
Click on the "Continue" button without entering any information.You do not have to enter any physincal ship-to address because bilingual manga is a downloadable ebook.
5. Payment method
Click the "Continue" button without entering any information. Payment method is only by credit card.
6. Order Confirmation
After checking your order is correct, click the "Continue" button.
7. Credit Card Information
Enter your credit card details, and click "Confirm".

8. Download your bilingual manga
Before you click "Continue", click the "Download".
You can download now but also later at [ My Accont Page ]. The bilingual manga remains downloadble five (5) times in sever (7) days, since you purchase your book.

1. Open the pdf file
Start Adobe Reader. Click on the File > Open menu, then select the bilingual manga PDF file.

You are entering into a legal agreement and as such you must read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, then you are not authorized to acess or use this site for any purpose and do not provide any information or use any of the services of our site or products offered. By using this Site (www.bilingual-manga.com) managed by Company (Linzy Consulting Inc.), you agree to be bound by, and to comply with the Membership Terms and Conditions as well as any guidelines or rules posted on the site. As such, the privacy policy, use policy, guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions as though fully set forth herein. If, at any time, you do not wish to be bound by these conditions or you are unsatisfied with the site, its content or other legal notices, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this site.
Article 1: Definition of Terms
- The Site hereby means www.bilingual-manga.com, and the whole of the site.
- The Services hereby means the download service from this Site, and related service from this Site.
- The Products hereby means the products delivered from this Site, or from related service from this Site.
- The Member hereby means a member who uses the Services.
- Personal Cusutomer Information hereby means the information defined in Privacy Policy.
Article 2: Scope
- The Membership Terms and Conditions is applicable to the whole of this Site.
- All the Members are bound by the the Membership Terms and Conditions.
Article 3: Changes in Membership Terms and Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Membership Terms and Conditions. The Company will attempt to notify active members of the Services, but will not be liable for failure to do so, and all members will nevertheless be bound. In case a Member starts using the Services after the notice, it will be assumed that the member has approved the changes unless the member stops using the Services within seven (7) days after the notice.
- Any such changes will be posted in these Terms and Conditions on the Site and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. A notice that a change has been made will be placed on the Site for a reasonable period of time. The Company may change the terms of this agreement at any time by posting a revised Membership Terms and Conditions located at the Site. The Company may also notify Members of such change via email to the email address in the Member's account.
Article 4: Membership
- The Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must supply us with valid Personal Customer Information by which we can contact you at any time. After the Company approves your registration, you become a Member.
- Once you apply for the membership by supplying your valid Personal Customer Information, you can assume that the Company approves your membership, unless the Company tells you otherwise.
- The Company may disapprove your Membership eligibiligy or terminate your Membership, without notice, for any reason at our sole discretion, and the Company is not responsible for explaining the reasons for the termination.
- The Company may disapprove membership application or terminate membership, especially when an applicant or a Member:
- provides false Personal Customer Information
- is not an individual , but an organization
- has a history of violating the rules of this Membership Terms and Conditions.
- is a minor, whose guardians do not agree to allow the minor to join
- is an individual who the Company believes inappropriate for membership
- A Member has the right to cancel membership at any time.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- If a Member has any changes in Personal Customer Information, the Member is responsible for keeping the company updated with the information. The Company is not liable for any losses or damages until the Member finishes updating the information.
Article 5: System Requirements
The Company may define the system requirements for products and services provided by the Site. Members are required to arrange necessary communication device, equipments and software, and hardware to use the Services by their own expense and responsibility. The Company is not liable for any losses or damages caused by any system out of the system requirement.
Article 6: User ID and Password
- Members are responsible for maintenance and use of User ID and Password.
- Members should not transfer nor lend the User ID and Password.
- The Company is not liable for any losses and damages by Member's fault, poor maintenance and wrong use by the third party.
Article 7: Copyright and Intellectual Property
In registering with the Site, all Members must agree to comply with all applicable copyright laws and intellectual property laws, and Copyright Policy.
Article 8: Payment
- Members must pay using a credit card issued by an institution that the Company deals with. The name of the Member must match the name of the credit card holder.
- A member must agree that all the account receivables are transferred from the Company to the credit card company.
- A members must agree that the Company may calculate the amount the Member owes to the Comapany, and then the Company may claim the amount to the credit card company.
- A members must agree that the Company may calculate the tax amount, and then the Company may claim the amount to the credit card company.
- A member must pay based on rules between the Member and the credit card company.
- Dispute between the Member and the credit card company must be solved with their own cost by themselves. The Company shall be free from any dispute, damages, and losses between them.
Article 9: Late Payment
- In case a Member is late in paying the amount that the Member owes, the Member must pay penalty interest as delay damages. The penalty interest is computed on 14.5% interest on the basis of a 365-day year.
- A member must pay all the expenses incurred by the delay including bank tranfer fee.
Article 10: Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any damages of members, or the third party caused by delay, interruption or stop of service.
- Dispute between members and/or third party must be solved with their own cost by themselves. The Company shall be free from any dispute, damages, and losses between them.
- The Company is not liable for any damages and losses by communication trouble and illegal access by third party.
Article 11: Changes in the Products and the Services
The Company reserves the right to change the Product content and/or the Service menu. The Company will attempt to notify active Members, but will not be liable for failure to do so. In case a Member starts using the Products and Services after the notice, it will be assumed that the Member has approved the changes unless the Member stops using the Services within seven (7) days after the notice.
Article 12: Stop of the Service
- The Site may stop all or a part of Services without previous notice to Members regardless of any reasons, when following arise:
- Routine or an emergency maintenance for service facilities
- Fire, power outage and / or a natural calamity
- Any other reasons for operation
- The Company is not liable for any damages of members, or the third party caused by the stop of the Service.
Article 13: Privacy Policy
The information the Company captures will be subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy . You may view the current version of the Privacy Policy at any time from this Site. Occasionally, the Company amends it in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions.
Article 14: Govering Law
This Membership Terms and Conditions, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Membership Terms and Conditions is effective from Oct 16th, 2006
